Make sure you receive your Wagdogs e-mail

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers (ISP) are using more stringent filtering systems to try and keep spam out of your Inbox. Sometimes, they filter the email that you want to receive, such as e-mail from Wagdogs on behalf of your organization. In many cases you are not notified that Wagdogs e-mail didn't get through.

When we become aware of an issue with a particular service provider, we contact the technical support team and work with them to make sure Wagdogs e-mails get through to you. We are almost always able to resolve the issue quickly. However, there is usually a delay in a service provder's decision to block Wagdogs e-mail and when we become aware of it.

To make sure that Wagdogs emails are not filtered into your "junk" or "spam" folder, please add Wagdogs to your list of trusted senders by following the directions below.

Find your e-mail provider below, then use the instructions to add Wagdogs to your list of safe senders.

Wagdogs wants to help make sure your emails are getting delivered to you! In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add senders of legitimate emails to your Whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list. Click below to view instructions on how to do whitelist emails for several popular Internet Service Providers and email companies.

This guide is designed to help you keep emails from being moved to the spam folder.
