Dear Players and Families,
The St. Denis Bulldawg Football Banquet will be held on Sunday, February 9th, 2014, in the Grimes Center at St. Denis after the 8:00 am Mass. Players please arrive at Mass by 7:50 am wearing your football jersey. The Players and Coaches will sit together. A pancake breakfast and a presentation of awards and the cherished sweatshirts by the Coaches will be enjoyed at the Banquet. This is a Pot-Luck Brunch. A future email will give you details on how you can volunteer for Setup Saturday night Feb 8th, Servers, Cooks, Runners, Cleanup on the day of the Banquet.
The cost is $8 for each Player and $5 for each additional person who wishes to attend or $18 per family maximum cost. All of this collection is used to purchase trophies and Banquet items. If you are unable to attend, we ask that you kindly consider making an $8 contribution to help fund these items. As always, much work needs to be done to make this happen. If you can help in any way, please contact one of the Football Banquet Committee members. Traditionally these are 5-7th grade parents. We would like the 8th grade parents to not volunteer since they have volunteered in the past and it might be their last Banquet. Please let us know if you will attend (player plus family) by emailing me. We need this in advance to make sure we have the right quantity of food and drinks. The last few years we have had over 300 people attend. 4th Grade Bulldawg Flag Football Members are also invited.
Please see the form below. You can email me your number of attendees. Your payment (cash or check) should be dropped off at the Grimes Center before Mass. This is not a St Denis CYO Sponsored event so make checks payable to Gary Pergolini or Clay Warnick.
