On behalf of all of the Varsity football coaches I wanted to thank everyone for the gift cards that we received at the banquet on Sunday. It was totally appreciated...they will go to good use! I also wanted to let everyone know that we have a few extra copies(3) of the team picture and year end video if someone needed an extra copy for a relative. Thanks Again,Rob.

We are hosting the annual SSJ Football Banquet on January 27th at the Edgmont Country Club located at 5180 West Chester Pike. The banquet is from 5:00- 8:00 and will be catered by Cafe Verona. The cost for this event is $20 per adult and $10 per child. We are looking forward to seeing everyone and to recap the past season! We are collecting football equipment this Saurday morning 12/8 from 9:00-10:30am. Please take a few minutes to remove the mouthpiece from the helmet and wipe it down. Your list of returned items should be (helmet w chinstrap, shoulder pads, 2 thigh,knee,hip pads 1 tail pad,practice pants, gold game pants, practice jersey, maroon game jersey, white jersey if you borrowed one). If you cant make this date please try to make arrangements to give your equipment to another teammate to return. Hope

Last game tonight... Turkey Bowl vs St Pat's w / the trophy on the line.... Please be at the warm up area(soccer fields) no later than 7:45. Remember to dress warm and wear football gloves. We are practicing on Monday night at the firehouse from 6:00-7:30. Full Pads. Wed night is the Turkey Bowl game @ Kelly Field. Start time is approx 8:30. The field is being used until 8:30. It is very important that we do not go onto the field until the LAFA practice is over. We will warm up on the turf soccer field or the softball field(if the soccer field is occupied. Please be at the field (dressed and ready) no later than 6:00. The address for the school is 8245 West Chester Pike Upper Darby PA 19082....The temp will be in the 30's by kickoff. Wanted to thank Mike & Mary Kinka for hosting the team pasta dinner this past friday night. The boys had a geat time in addition to getting "carbed up" for their game on saturday. Thanks to everyone who assisted with this event too. Also, we reserved a room to meet at Pica's after the game on friday. We are playing St Annies @ their field in a B Game tonight. Please be at the field dressed and ready by 5:45. We will start by 6:15. Normal practice on Tuesday from 6:00- 8:00. Thursday night we will practice from 6:00-7:30. Friday night @ 7:00 is a game vs St Laurence at their field( next to St Laurence Church on West Chester Pike in Upper Darby. It will be cold for that game. Please make sure the players are dressed warm and wear gloves if possible. Thanks,Rob.

We confirmed our game for Sat @ 3:00 vs Chesmont Catholic. We are playing @ E. Goshen Park. On Monday 11/12 we have a * B Game vs St Annies* under the lights at their field. The game should start at 6:15 and be completed by 8:00. Tuesday 11//13 we will have our regular practice and Thursday night will be a short review practice. Friday night we are playing St Laurence @ their school West Chester Pike Upper Darby starting @ 7:00. We plan on meeting after the game at P
