See full note below on pictures. I will be out of town. We are 7:45, pleasea rrive by 7:30.
Next Wednesday will be our fall sport pictures. They will start at 5:30. Please be prompt, and arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time as we will have basketball practice afterwards. Have all players bring a change of clothes so they can turn in their uniforms after their pictures.

Folks,
I just wanted to let everyone know that Arch Wood Girls Volleyball Team has made it to the Catholic League Finals this year. The game is Sunday, 2PM at Cabrini College. SJR is well represented on this team, with 5 Varsity Players (Sarah Brady, Jen Whelan, Felicia Yabor, Maureen Marron and Angela Mancuso), and it would be a great opportunity to see high school volleyball at its finest.
Admission to the game is $5.00.

We play Thursday at Alphonsus at 6:30 vs St Alberts Please arrive 20 minutes early if possible. The rest of the playoff schedule is online here:

Nice game everyone. Next and final reg season game is Sunday. Looks like our playoffs will be Thursday 10/21. Times as of now are either 6:30 or 7:30.
Log Parents - please email me right away with your time and your flexibility, and let me know whether I should expect you or not. I will do my best to accomodate, but I am not in control of the schedule.

Also some upcoming key dates are below:
1st round of playoffs (bottom 6 teams) will be 10/19 tues. at sjr at 6:30 7:30 and 8:30
2nd round will be 10/21 Thurs. at alphonsus 6:30 and 7:30 (both courts)
3rd round will be 10/24 Sunday at alberts at 6:30 and 7:30
championship will be on Spirit Night 10/27 Wed

Nice win on Tuesday, thanks to Chip Fennell for helping out. We play Sunday at 7 at, where else - St Alphonsus. We are playing St Catherines, top team in our league, they are undefeated.
Looking ahead we play Thursday at St Alberts and next Sunday at Alphonsus.
See you all tomorrow night - big sports nights. Phillies, Eagles and SJR volleyball. I will be looking for you dads this time. :)

I have been offered a reschedule game for Monday 10/4 at Wiss Middle School vs St Anthony's. This means 3 games in a row (typical schedule nightmare for us) - but as we move along it will get harder to schedule.
Please let me know if you cannot make it - if I get enough I will likely play anyway - no choice - sorry.

Folks,
I have posted our full schedule on Wagdogs for your convenience. Please let me know if you see any conflicts with the master schedule on the Region 11 Website.
The one difference is our 9/28 game vs St Anthony's was a mistake - we were "no play" that night. That game is cancelled and will be made up at a later time. I was hoping to get it at our gym to somewhat balance our schedule, but it looks like that may not happen - I will keep trying though.
