Dear Players & Parents,
Thank you so much for the card and gift you gave me at the party, you really didn't have to do that, I enjoyed coaching all of you. I thought the season went well. We did not win any games but if you remember my letter at the beginning of the season I said that if there was improvement through the season we were winning. We definetly were winners this season. You controlled the ball very well, moved the ball down the field and worked together as a team. That's a winning combination. As your skills continue to improve the games will be won.
Just because the season is over you can still continue to practice. Work on ball control, try to find a school or field with a kick board and practice kicking against the board with BOTH FEET, NO TOES, remember the drill for the power kick. If there is no kick board a fence will do just as well. Also you can practice with your Mom or Dad. Practice the throw in's and heading also. As soon as I hear anything about pictures I will let you know. Thanks again for a very enjoyable season. Hope to see you all next year.
