SOCCER PLAYOFFS

We will play the first round of the playoffs at St. Bede on monday night at 8:00. At this point it looks like we will be playing Our Lady of Fatima. The second round is on wednesday and the third round will be friday night. All of the playoff games will be held at St. Bede.

Please be at the field by 7:30 on monday night. If anyone is interested, we are looking for volunteers to help out at the snack shop for the earlier games.

Please let me know if you are sick or have any other conflicts with the games.

Soccer Game

Just got word that our rained out game from last friday has been rescheduled. We will play St. Charles tomorrow night (tuesday)at 8:15 at the St. Bede field. Please be at the field by 7:45.

Unfortunately, I am out of town and will not be able to make the game. I am in the process of contacting Mr. Hall to handle the coaching of the team.

Soccer Practice

Just a reminder we will have practice tonight 7:15 to 8:30. If anyone has any donations for the fund raiser, we will be collecting them both tonight and friday night at the game.

Varsity Soccer

Region 19 will hold it's annual All Star Game next tuesday night at the St Bede soccer fields. We have been asked to select four players from our team to participate. Please send me a reply with your four selections for the team. Feel free to submit yourself if you feel like you deserve it!

Due to the fields being used by the all star games next week we will practice on wednesday the 14th at 7:15. We play St. Charles on friday the 16th at 7:30.

Finally, we have been asked to assist in a fund raiser for the Zanaras family, (first grade teacher). St. Bede will be running a Beef and Beer on saturday November 7th. Also we are asking for donations of wine/cheese so we can make Baskets that can be raffled off. Gift certificates would also make a nice donation. I will be accepting these donations next week at practice or at the game on friday night.

Sorry for the late notice, however, I need to change the time for tonights practice from 7:15 to 6:15. We will practice tonight from 6:15 to 7:30. Tomorrow night we play Cabrini at St. Bede at 7:30. As discussed, on thursday night at 8:15 we play St. Mike's at the St. Bede field. We are looking for a couple of parents to volunteer to help out at the Snack Shack for an hour starting at 7:15. If anyone is available please send me an e-mail to confirm.

On friday evening at 7:30 we play St. Andrew's Red at the St. Bede field.

On saturday morning at 10;15 our team picture will be taken in the church basement. We will have to leave immediately after to our game at Our Lady of Fatima which is scheduled for 12:00.

Finally, I will be away this weekend and will miss the Andrew's and Fatima game. Mr. Hall will coach the team while I am away.

Friday Game Cancelled

Just got word that tonights game has been cancelled due to the rain. We are still scheduled to play tomorrow at St. Andrew's at 3:15. Please be at the field by 2:45. If it is still raining tomorrow please check your e-mail and I will try to give you an update around noon.

At this point Giordano and Salvatore have told me that they will not be there. If anyone else has a conflict please let me know.

Soccer Practice/Games

Just a reminder that we will practice tonight from 7:15 to 8:30. Tomorrow nights game versus St. Mike will be at home at 8:30. Please be at the field by 8:00 pm.

We also play on Saturday at St. Andrews at 3:15pm. Please be at the field by 2:45pm!!

Schedules will he handed out at tonights practice.

The annual Soccer Kick Off Mass is this Saturday the 12th, at 5:30pm. We have been asked to assemble in the cafeteria at 5:10pm in uniform.

Finally, I am still looking for an assistant coach. I will be out of town on Sept. 18 and 19th and will need to have someone fill in for that weekend. If interested, please let me know via e-mail or just join us at practice tonight.

We will practice both wednesday the 9th and thursday the 10th from 7:15 to 8:30. Uniforms will be handed out on wednesday evening.
