With only one month until camp begins many of you are well into your summer conditioning programs. In fact, we have around 15 players doing their training at Summit Sports alone. At this point many are seeing noticeable gains in your strength, speed and agility. Keep up the good work! Please remember to incorporate a stretching routine into your workout schedule. This will help you maximize the gains from your workouts and reduce the chance of injury. Now is also a good time to add a sprinting routine (3x per week) to your other workouts. This will get your body ready for the quick bursts of speed needed for football.
