Great meet today
Sun March 29 2009 @ 09:36 PMAnother great day. This morning I thought that we were going to cancel the meet but you could not ask for a better day. Parents I hope you are as proud of your kids as I am as they gave it their all today. The relays were great and we had some close races that were very exciting to watch.
Parents I am going to ask for some help on Tuesday as Jackie will not be at practice. I am going to try to focus on long jump to explain how to get your steps. Let me know if you can help out.
Next meet will be the 100, 200 1600 and the 4X100 aAnd the field events.
