Fri September 19 2008 @ 09:59 AMLooks like a great weekend for Cross Country Races. The schedule is the same as last week and yes, we run at the same location. I previously posted links, the philacyotrack.blogspot.com now has the results from last week if you are interested.
I mentioned at practice on Thursday, bring a dry shirt, after you get done running the last thing you want to do on a cool day is sit around in a wet shirt.
One other note, remember that the Eagles play at 4:15 so if you are coming to the later race allow for traffic.
