First/Second Grade Flag Football Update

This is a new endeavor at SKS so we are trying to figure things out as we go along.

We are the only first and second grade flag team that I know of. We will not, therefore, have games against other parishes.

The plan is to run the program like a clinic. We will run drills and then scrimmage amongst ourselves. I figure the kids should be ready to start scrimmaging in another week.

Our scrimmage format will be seven on seven. There will be no lineman. Our objective here is to make sure every kid touches the ball a lot and has fun.

The plan is to go until the first or second weekend in November. As daylight fades, we will probably move the weeknight practice to another day or another facility.
